RMT One (Focus, Organisation and Comprehension)

Rhythmic Movement Training Level 1 teaches the basics of RMT and how movements can be used to establish head control, regulate muscle tone, form postural foundations and stimulate the frontal lobes in order to improve attention and impulse control.

In this 2-day course participants learn the basics of Rhythmic Movement Training and how rhythmic movements can be used to:

  • Establish head control
  • Regulate muscle tone
  • Form the foundations of posture
  • Stimulate the frontal lobes in order to improve attention and impulse control

The course also includes examining the role of the primitive reflexes in development, and how they can be integrated using rhythmic movements and isometric pressure.

The course is suitable for parents, teachers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists/physical therapists, behavioural optometrists, vision trainers, kinesiologists, Brain Gym instructors, doctors, nurses, early childhood specialists etc.

There is no pre-requisite for this course.
